Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation or booking at Sassy Properties. By making a reservation or booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Reservation and Booking

To make a reservation, visit our website, select your desired vacation home, and follow the provided instructions. Upon check-in, please present a valid government-issued photo identification and provide a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit for any incidental charges. Please note that cleaning fees may also apply.

Rental Payment

Rental payment includes the cost of your stay, cleaning fees, and any applicable service fees. Please review each listing for specific details regarding rental payments.

Cancellation and Refunds

We offer a flexible cancellation policy. Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are free of charge. If you cancel one week before check-in at 4:00 PM, you will receive a partial refund of 50% for each night booked, excluding the service fee. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for cancellations made on the day of check-in.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. You can conveniently check-in using our smart lock system for a hassle-free experience.

Guest Responsibilities

Please refrain from accessing the owners’ closets, which are clearly marked and equipped with motion sensors. Any attempt to access these closets will result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

Do not move the pool table under any circumstances, as it may cause issues. It was professionally installed and balanced.

Tampering with the video doorbell, smart thermostats, or owners’ closets will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

Please return the garage door opener upon checkout to avoid a $100 charge.

Kindly return all provided beach chairs and toys.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties, events, commercial photography, or smoking are allowed on the premises. Only one of our properties allows pets, so please check each listing for details.

Property Conditions and Liability

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the property during their stay. Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to negligence or misconduct may result in additional charges.

Sassy Properties is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution while on the premises.

Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings and valuables. Sassy Properties is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay.

Guests must comply with all local laws, regulations, and community guidelines. Any illegal activities or disturbances caused by guests may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Sassy Properties is not responsible for any disruptions to utilities or services (such as internet, electricity, or water) that are beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to rectify any issues promptly.

The use of amenities, such as swimming pools, fitness centers, or recreational facilities, is at the guest’s own risk. Guests should follow any posted rules and guidelines and exercise caution while using these facilities.

Guests are advised to secure travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or events that may affect their stay.

Sassy Properties reserves the right to access the property at reasonable times for maintenance, repairs, or inspections.

Termination of Agreement

Sassy Properties reserves the right to terminate the agreement and request immediate vacation of the property in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions or any disruptive misconduct that affects the well-being of other guests or the property.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your stay at Sassy Properties will be resolved through negotiation. If necessary, legal proceedings will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
