OUR STORY
Our family first vacationed in Corolla in the Outer Banks in 2015 and immediately fell in love with the slower pace of life, ocean breeze, beautiful beaches, and the people. We visited nearly every year until we finally decided to buy our own house (The Sassy Starfish) in 2022, and then a beautiful new condo in Kill Devil Hills in 2023 (The Sassy Sea Turtle).
During our annual visits, we always noticed so many things in disrepair that the big property management companies were not taking good care of. This is what led us to manage our properties ourselves, along with a local property manager. We pay great attention to detail and love our properties so much – and we want to share them with you!
