The Sassy Starfish is a magnificent oceanside 7-bedroom home in Corolla, featuring a private pool, hot tub, and a multi-level deck perfect for sunbathing or relaxing in a hammock. The beach is just a short walk away, promising unforgettable sunrises and endless ocean adventures.
The Sassy Sea Turtle is a newly-constructed condo in Kill Devil Hills with three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. It includes a retro arcade gaming system, a private hot tub, and access to the community mini waterpark, an on-site gym, and nearby beaches and sound access.

Our heating and cooling systems are only 1 year old and well-maintained to ensure your comfort - no matter what time of year you stay with us!

To make a reservation, click on the Listings tab, select your desired vacation home, and follow the provided instructions. You will be provided a rental agreement to sign, then pay the $300 security deposit and 10% of the booking fees. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of the start of the reservation.
Note that we no longer charge cleaning fees! By booking direct with us, you only pay the security deposit, booking fees, and taxes (plus a $135 pet fee if you are bringing 1-2 dogs). Our nightly rates are higher on OTAs such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Houfy, and additional fees may also apply when booking with the OTAs.
We offer a flexible cancellation policy – Guest receives 100.00% (less $150.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $150.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
Sassy Starfish – This home is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs for a one-time fee of $135.
Sassy Sea Turtle – The condo is not pet-friendly at this time.
Absolutely! Our properties are family-friendly and equipped with amenities that cater to the needs of families and children. We do our best to make sure our properties are as safe as possible to ensure a fun and safe family vacation.
Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. You can conveniently check-in using our smart lock system for a hassle-free experience.
